  • Provide effective support to plan changes and emergency works.

Liaise with external and internal contacts across functions in relation to the planning requests.

Assist in the preparation of reports as required.

Booking of training, medicals and D&A as required.

Ordering of PPE.

Person Specification includes; Ability to work well in a team, with all members of the company and alone.

To be professional and present a positive image of CCS at all times.

Fulfil time keeping and attendance expectations.

Possess good interpersonal skills.

Basic skills on Outlook, Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel.

Have good interpersonal communication (verbal, written and listening) skills, that will support the delivery of your duties and able to clearly explain tasks and inspire others with varying background.

Working out of our Head Office in Stonebridge Park, this is a full time position, working 08:00am to 17:00pm.

As a Planning Assistant you will...

Assist the Delivery Unit Planning team as directed.

Assist in the production of the Delivery Unit Period Possession Plan and resource schedules.

Submit and process a variety of Programmes and Resource Planning requests in compliance with agreed processes and procedures.

Organising travel passes.

Accurately input, update and maintain relevant planning systems and records as required.
