We are recruiting for PWT EH's for long term work within our team on Asset Operations.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Shift Schedule: As required by the relevant contract you have been engaged to provide services for with Cleshar. This role may require you to work Sunday to Thursday on engineering hours with some weekends as required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Have responsibility of the work group and deliver works as per the client’s programme and methodology.
  • Ensure your work group follow the correct processes & procedures for protecting workers on track.
  • Be responsible for shift reporting for your work group activities on all aspects of the programme process for that shift and ensure that all applicable safety requirements are applied to all works carried out when carrying out Protection duties and or directing the operatives within your work group updating the client via shift reports using the company PDA/iPad.
  • Cascade safety information (Toolbox Talks etc.) to your team(s) working within your work site.
  • Ensure that the works undertaken by your work groups are in line with all site documentation such as working instructions, method statements, and company and line standards.
  • Hold and attend briefings, at the client’s locations and Cleshar offices.
  • Brief safety communications to a work group.
  • Liaise with clients and attend briefings with the client.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hold relevant PWT licencing.
  • Have SPC licensing.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
