Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef to deliver exceptional and warm hospitality. In this position, you will help manage the kitchen team, organising and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations and an extraordinary dining experience for our guests.

  • Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
  • Lead and support the team by delegating responsibilities and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
  • Coach Chef de Parties on essential cooking techniques, dish presentation, and allergen awareness, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a variety of dishes, showcasing your creativity and culinary skills across all kitchen areas, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
