The Royal Horseguards is a beautiful 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.
What You’ll Be Doing
Imagine a place where every guest walks in and feels a warm glow of hospitality, where fond memories are created with every visit. As Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be the architect of this experience! With your vibrant energy and passion for hospitality, you will create an inviting atmosphere that makes both guests and team members feel at home. Your leadership will shine as you manage all operational aspects of 3 outlets (the restaurant, terrace and the new concept Green Parlour), from revenue and stock to recruitment and scheduling. This role will involve managing mixologists in a new high end concept and striving for 5 star service. More importantly, you will foster a culture that encourages your team to thrive, ensuring that our restaurant is a beloved destination for our guests, making them want to return again and again.
