What You’ll Be Doing

As the Mixologist Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Bar stands out as a premier destination for innovative cocktails and outstanding hospitality.
You will lead a talented team of mixologists, guiding them in their craft while fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
Your expertise in mixology, combined with your leadership skills, will help create an extraordinary experience for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and refining our cocktail menu, experimenting with unique ingredients, and introducing new concepts that reflect our brand's bold and creative spirit.
You will work closely with the hotel management and F&B departments to ensure that our Bar consistently exceeds guest expectations.
