All 108 bedrooms at this four‐star hotel have been recently refurbished and offer a great standard of comfort and style. The hotel also houses a ground‐floor restaurant with a terrace, providing al fresco dining in the centre of London.

What You\’ll Be DoingAs Maintenance Manager, you will take pride in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of every area of our beautiful hotel, including its equipment, services, building, and plant. From creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests to ensuring back‐of‐house spaces run like clockwork, your role is central to delivering an extraordinary hospitality experience.

Leading the maintenance team, inspiring a proactive approach to keep the hotel looking and functioning at its best.

Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance of all hotel areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.

Managing supplier relationships and overseeing the maintenance budget to optimise costs and purchasing.

Playing a key role in refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responding swiftly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption to guest experiences.
