The hotel also houses a groundâfloor restaurant with a terrace, providing al fresco dining in the centre of London.
What You\âll Be DoingAs Maintenance Manager, you will take pride in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of every area of our beautiful hotel, including its equipment, services, building, and plant. From creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests to ensuring backâofâhouse spaces run like clockwork, your role is central to delivering an extraordinary hospitality experience.
Leading the maintenance team, inspiring a proactive approach to keep the hotel looking and functioning at its best.
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance of all hotel areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
Managing supplier relationships and overseeing the maintenance budget to optimise costs and purchasing.
Playing a key role in refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responding swiftly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption to guest experiences.
