What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the maintenance team and inspiring a proactive approach.
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance of all hotel areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal standards.
• Managing supplier relationships and the maintenance budget to optimise costs.
• Playing a key role in refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Responding swiftly to maintenance requests to minimise disruption to guest experiences.
