What You’ll Be Doing
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. You’ll build personal connections with guests, personalise their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service and attention to detail will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. This flexibility allows team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.
