The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world-class chefs. We are now looking for a talented Mixologist to bring creativity, precision and personality to our bar team.
What You'll Be Doing
- As Mixologist, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional cocktails and elevated bar experiences that match the drama and excellence of the Hell’s Kitchen brand.
- You’ll combine technical skill with show-stopping service, engaging guests while maintaining pace, precision and consistency in a high-energy environment.

- Creating and delivering premium cocktails to the highest standards
- Executing the Hell’s Kitchen cocktail menu with accuracy, flair and consistency
- Engaging with guests, sharing product knowledge and enhancing their experience
- Maintaining impeccable bar presentation, organisation and cleanliness
- Managing stock, garnishes and prep to ensure seamless service
- Supporting bar training and sharing knowledge with the wider team
- Working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams during service
- Ensuring all licensing, safety and hygiene standards are met
