What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be a vital part of the engine room of the kitchen. Your work will support a high-performing brigade, helping to maintain the exceptional standards that underpin world‑class food and unforgettable guest experiences.
  • This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to grow within an extraordinary hospitality team.
  • Supporting the kitchen team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Ensuring all kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware and utensils are cleaned and ready for service.
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and storage in line with food safety standards.
  • Maintaining clean and safe back‑of‑house areas throughout service.
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.
  • Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
