The Cumberland is offering a Full Time contract under a Salaried payment structure, with a salary of £32,000 per annum plus tronc. Inspired by the hit television series created by Michelin‑starred chef Gordon Ramsay, Hell’s Kitchen (London) is an immersive dining experience that captures the energy and excitement of the iconic television show and delivers it directly to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
  • Leading sections during service, ensuring consistency, quality and presentation at all times
  • Coaching, developing and motivating junior chefs, fostering a positive and inclusive kitchen culture
  • Ensuring dishes are prepared and delivered in line with Hell’s Kitchen brand and menu standards
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen compliance
  • Supporting stock control, ordering and waste management to meet food margin targets
  • Stepping up to lead services in the absence of senior chefs when required
