What You’ll Be Doing

  • Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef, supporting the Head Chef to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Help manage the kitchen team, organizing and delegating tasks for smooth operations.
  • Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Lead and support the team by ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Coach Chef de Parties on essential cooking techniques, dish presentation, and allergen awareness.
