The menu features signature, show‐inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan‐Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show's world‐class chefs. More than a meal, Hell's Kitchen offers guests a front‐row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London's most sought‐after locations. As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in leading the day‐to‐day operation of the restaurant, ensuring every service is seamless, dynamic and uncompromising in quality. You'll be a visible leader on the floor— inspiring the team, engaging guests, and setting the standard for world‐class hospitality. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high‐energy, high‐profile environment and understands that exceptional service is created by empowered people, attention to detail and calm leadership under pressure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the General Manager in the operational and commercial success of the restaurant
  • Leading front‐of‐house teams to consistently deliver exceptional, show‐stopping service
  • Ensuring every service runs smoothly, from pre‐service preparation to final guest farewell
  • Acting as a role model for our values—bold, adaptable and real—every day
  • Building strong collaboration between front and back of house to deliver flawless execution
  • Managing guest experience proactively, resolving issues in the moment with confidence and care
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and development to build a high‐performing, engaged team
  • Driving performance through coaching, feedback and recognition
  • Supporting cost control, payroll accuracy and revenue optimisation
  • Ensuring full compliance with brand standards, health & safety and food safety requirements
