As the Groups Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the group reservations process from the moment a contract is signed to operational delivery prior to arrival at our hotels. You will liaise with clients to ensure all their needs are anticipated and catered for, providing a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will also brief the operations team to ensure smooth management from the time of arrival at the hotel.
