What You’ll Be Doing
As the Groups Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the group reservations process from the moment a contract is signed to operational delivery prior to arrival at our hotels. You will liaise with clients to ensure all their needs are anticipated and catered for, providing a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Your responsibilities will also include briefing the operations team to ensure smooth management from the time of arrival at the hotel. This is a floating role that will support all hotels within our group, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet varying needs across locations.
