The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.
What You'll Be Doing
- As Cluster Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts across multiple hotels within the cluster.
- Working closely with the Cluster Sales Manager and the sales teams, you'll ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and contribute to driving revenue growth.
- You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales opportunities, and helping the team to deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
- Your organizational and communication skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations between the hotels, Central Reservations, and the wider sales team, supporting the delivery of our revenue goals.
- Assisting the Cluster Sales Manager in coordinating sales activities across multiple hotels.
- Supporting the sales team in managing accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Tracking sales leads, ensuring follow-up actions are taken in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinating communication and collaboration between the hotels and the Central Reservations team to optimize booking opportunities.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and tracking sales performance.
- Helping to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity across the cluster.
