We’re now looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Central Support Office team and play a key role in delivering technology projects that make a real difference across our hotels and shared services. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of technology initiatives that support our hotels, teams and guests.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with a focus on quality and user experience.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and driving projects from start to finish.

Project Delivery & Planning

  • Manage IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
  • Create project plans, timelines, budgets and governance structures.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, time and cost.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across hotels, shared services and central teams.
  • Communicate progress clearly and confidently to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure business requirements are understood and translated into workable solutions.
  • Manage expectations while maintaining transparency and professionalism.

Supplier & Third-Party Management

  • Coordinate external suppliers and technology partners.
  • Support procurement, contract management and service delivery oversight.
  • Ensure suppliers deliver to agreed standards and timelines.
  • Monitor project-related costs and ensure value for money.

Process Improvement & Change

  • Support change management and adoption across teams and sites.
  • Ensure training, documentation and handover processes are completed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Help ensure technology enhances the guest experience and colleague efficiency.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.
  • Escalate risks or issues appropriately and proactively.
  • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering IT or technology-focused projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience working in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 etc.).
  • Experience working with business-critical systems such as PMS, POS, finance or HR systems.
  • Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certification).
