The Cumberland Contract: Flexible Payment: Hourly Salary: £13.50 per hour + tronc (circa £6.00 per hour)

Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world‑class chefs.

As part of the front‑of‑house team, you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll deliver polished, intuitive service while maintaining pace, professionalism and personality throughout every service. What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional, five‑star service to every guest
  • Taking orders confidently and accurately, with strong menu and product knowledge

  • Working seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
  • Maintaining immaculate presentation of tables, sections and service areas
