The Cumberland Contract: Flexible Payment: Hourly Salary: £13.00 per hour + tronc (circa £5.00 per hour)

Designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action, the restaurant blends theatrical flair with culinary excellence and exceptional service, while pairing outstanding food and drink with world class service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the kitchen team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Ensuring all kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware and utensils are cleaned and ready for service
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation and storage in line with food safety standards
  • Maintaining clean and safe back‑of‑house areas throughout service
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
  • Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations at all times
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth service
