Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens, diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world-class chefs. More than a meal, Hell’s Kitchen offers guests a front-row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London’s most sought-after locations. The Cumberland champions the city’s cultural and music scene, inspired by its rich history of housing music legends.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering a warm, professional and memorable welcome to every guest
  • Managing reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists efficiently and calmly
  • Escorting guests to tables and presenting the restaurant with confidence and flair
  • Communicating effectively with the floor, bar and kitchen teams to manage flow and pacing
  • Recognising regular guests and VIPs, ensuring a personalised and engaging experience
  • Handling guest queries with empathy, clarity and discretion
  • Supporting service during busy periods to ensure the highest standards are maintained
  • Maintaining a polished, organised reception area at all times
