What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm, professional and memorable welcome to every guest
- Managing reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists efficiently and calmly
- Escorting guests to tables and presenting the restaurant with confidence and flair
- Communicating effectively with the floor, bar and kitchen teams to manage flow and pacing
- Recognising regular guests and VIPs, ensuring a personalised and engaging experience
- Handling guest queries with empathy, clarity and discretion
- Supporting service during busy periods to ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Maintaining a polished, organised reception area at all times
