What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and mentoring the front‑of‑house team during service, ensuring flawless delivery and attention to detail.
  • Supporting the Floor Manager in coordinating guest seating, service flow, and table management.
  • Providing a personal touch to VIP and regular guests, anticipating their needs and enhancing the experience.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the presentation of the dining room and service areas.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to develop their potential.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Assisting with onboarding and training new team members to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the menu, beverages, and show‑inspired offerings to answer guest questions and recommend pairings.
