Designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action, the restaurant blends theatrical flair with culinary excellence and exceptional service, while pairing outstanding food and drink with world‑class service.

Contract: Full Time

Payment: Hourly Salary: £14.70 per hour + tronc

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and coordinating restaurant bookings across all booking systems
  • Acting as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, group bookings and special requests
  • Ensuring booking information is accurate, up to date and clearly communicated to the restaurant team
  • Supporting the management team to maximise covers and optimise table planning
  • Working closely with front of house, sales and operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records, confirmations and reports
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful coordination and communication
  • Upholding brand standards and delivering a warm, professional and relatable service at every touchpoint

What You’ll Bring:
