What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional, polished service throughout each service
- Assisting with table set‑up, mise en place and maintaining immaculate dining areas
- Supporting Waiters and Head Waiters with food and drink service in line with brand standards
- Anticipating guest needs and responding with warmth, professionalism and confidence
- Clearing, resetting and maintaining tables to five‑star presentation standards
- Learning menu knowledge and service steps to support a seamless guest journey
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene standards
