  • Conduct regular market benchmarking using hospitality and industry salary data
  • Lead annual pay review cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency and alignment with budgets
  • Oversee incentive schemes including service charge distribution, bonus plans and performance-based rewards

  • Advise HR Business Partners, General Managers and senior leaders on reward decisions and market positioning
  • Support talent acquisition with competitive salary benchmarking and recommendations
  • Lead communication of reward and benefits programmes across the business
  • Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders, influencing with confidence and credibility

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills - someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and passionate about creating fair and engaging reward programmes.

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits within hospitality, retail or another multi-site environment
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and/or HRIS reporting skills
