The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a £20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.

What you’ll be doing

Once the first-class lounge for the iconic Brighton Belle, the Réunion bar remains one of Victoria’s best-kept secrets. When creating our menu, we set out to harmoniously blend the bar’s rich history with a spirit of innovation and timeless tradition. Réunion offers an intimate space to unwind and celebrate. Please make yourself at home and watch the hustle and bustle of one of London’s busiest station drift by as you sip away.

As a Cocktail Waiter a The Reunion Bar, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, providing professional table and floor service, taking and delivering drinks orders accurately, and ensuring that members and guests receive a consistently high level of hospitality throughout their visit. But it’s more than just that—you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your guests personally, taking the necessary steps to personalize their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service is essential, and your attention to detail will help ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

In this role, you’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. We believe this flexibility allows our team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.

What you’ll bring

  • A strong commitment to delivering the highest levels of service, with a desire to learn and progress in your career
  • A knowledge of the drinks and food menus, including cocktails, spirits, wines, Champagne and premium products
  • Comfort in a front-line role facing the public, with a natural, approachable demeanor
  • Empathy and the ability to build meaningful relationships with guests and team members
  • Precision and a keen eye for detail to ensure a flawless guest experience
  • A demonstrated desire to pursue a career in hospitality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
