As Cluster M&E & Groups Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Meetings & Events (M&E) and group sales efforts across our hotels. You will support a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of events, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that each team member is empowered to achieve their full potential. In this role, you will develop strategies to enhance our M&E offerings, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
