We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for one of our iconic hotel properties and associated F&B outlets. This is a creative, fast‑paced and highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who combines commercial awareness with bold ideas, exceptional organisation and a passion for brand storytelling.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and deliver the annual marketing strategy and budget plan for the property and associated F&B outlets.
- Develop communication, content and media plans aligned to business objectives.
- Support the delivery of commercial, brand and guest engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and provide regular reporting.
- Manage the creation and approval of all brand creative and collateral.
- Oversee property photoshoots and visual content in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage menu updates, promotional materials and guest‑facing assets.
- Work closely with Clermont Hotel Group Marketing to develop and manage social media and business media strategies.
- Ensure all assets remain updated and compliant across platforms including Workfront and Webdam.
- Build strong relationships with hotel leadership, sales teams and central support functions.
- Act as a key point of contact for the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and Clermont Hotel Group stakeholders.
- Establish and manage strategic local partnerships and community relationships.
- Represent the hotel at local business events, networking opportunities and industry activations.
- Manage PR projects, media relationships and influencer partnerships.
- Coordinate brand activations and promotional campaigns.
- Support International Media FAM trips in collaboration with external PR agencies and central teams.
- Liaise with internal departments to support guest experiences, events and brand moments.
- Work closely with Sales teams on packages, promotions and B2B initiatives.
- Support employee engagement events and internal brand communications alongside HR and L&D.
- Lead bi‑weekly marketing meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure brand compliance standards are maintained and communicated consistently.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Brand Marketing role.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, content and campaign delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing budgets, reporting and campaign performance.
- Strong copywriting, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative, proactive and highly organised.
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
- Confident building relationships across all levels of the business.
- Passionate about hospitality, guest experience and brand storytelling.
- Positive, collaborative and solutions‑focused.
- Previous hospitality, lifestyle, F&B or hotel experience.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, social media tools and creative workflow systems.
- Understanding of PR, influencer marketing and partnership activations.
