Sous Chef, Full Time
Contract Type – Permanent
39 hours per week

The 4 star Thistle Marble Arch, located just off Oxford Street and a short walk from the West End and Hyde Park, is the latest addition to Thistle Hotels. With 692 stylish and spacious bedrooms, the latest technology, and 13 meeting rooms, join an exciting and vibrant team to help deliver an excellent guest experience.
The Role
This role supports the Head Chef in running the kitchen. You will help manage the team, delegate and organise tasks and duties. You will ensure all health and safety rules are followed, and coach the Chef de Partie’s on cooking techniques, dish presentation, and allergens. You will cook alongside the team, creating a variety of dishes and work across all areas of the kitchen, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
