This is an excellent chance for a Level 3 Early Years certified individual to advance in the early years and into management, providing high-quality learning, development, and care for children from birth to age five.

Responsibilities

  • Provide children ages 0‑5 with high‑quality learning, development, and care.
  • Fill in for the manager of the nursery.
  • Oversee and evaluate nursery employees as instructed.
  • Guarantee that the nursery is a secure setting for children, employees, and other people.
  • Form alliances with parents and other caregivers to boost their involvement in their child's growth.
  • Be in charge of any duties assigned by the nursery manager.

Best Practice Network has a relationship with Nottingham Trent University, offering a 12‑month online top‑up degree in Childhood and Education Studies.

This flexible course allows you to fit your studies around your personal and working life.

Once you have completed the top‑up degree, you can apply to begin your EYITT with Best Practice Network to become an Early Years Teacher.
