Cleo's Caring Corner Day Nursery is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Baby Room Lead to lead our Baby Room, creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for our youngest children.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive nursery that values its team and is committed to helping staff develop and progress in their careers.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Has previous experience working within a nursery setting.
- Has experience caring for babies from approximately 5 months of age.
- Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Has excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Can confidently lead and support a team.
- Builds positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Is organised, reliable and passionate about providing outstanding care and education.
