About the Role

As the Workplace Experience Lead, you will own and continuously improve the workplace and employee experience across the business, creating an inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

You will blend workplace operations, employee engagement, project ownership and strategic thinking, working closely with People, IT, Operations and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day‑to‑day workplace experience, ensuring the office is safe, welcoming and operates efficiently.
  • Manage workplace vendors, services and facilities relationships.
  • Own workplace budgets and monitor spend across initiatives and events.
  • Establish and continuously improve workplace processes, standards and service levels.
  • Act as the escalation point for workplace issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and deliver employee experience initiatives, including onboarding, recognition, well‑being, celebrations and engagement activities.
  • Own and manage the annual workplace and employee experience calendar.
  • Lead planning and delivery of company events, team activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Partner with managers and senior leaders to support engagement and recognition programs.
  • Build inclusive experiences for both in‑office and hybrid employees.

  • Track and report on workplace and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, maintaining high standards across the function.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across People, IT, Operations and the wider business.
  • Influence decisions and drive workplace initiatives that support business goals and company culture.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day office operations such as supplies, visitor coordination and meeting room setup.
  • Support onboarding logistics and create a positive first‑day experience for new joiners.
  • Respond to workplace requests and tickets, escalating complex issues when required.
  • Support the team with data tracking, simple reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to small projects and lower‑complexity initiatives, building confidence and ownership.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Office Management, Employee Experience, Facilities, Operations or a similar field.
  • Proven leadership of workplace initiatives, projects, events or employee engagement programs.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
