Being an Operations Manager in the People team means working on a range of high-impact cross-functional projects. You’ll be expected to step in and solve problems wherever they appear, with an ability to go from the strategic to the tactical very quickly. Your priorities can shift day to day, from building robust performance frameworks to implementing new systems or processes for recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll take the lead in building and refining the key processes that drive talent density, ensuring our systems are efficient and scalable as we grow.
- You’ll dig into performance data to uncover insights, spot trends, and identify areas for improvement, refining our performance management systems.
- You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer on a range of initiatives, contributing to larger org design projects and supporting broader business objectives.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
