  • Translating complex data capabilities (e.g. LLMs and ML models) into intuitive user experiences
  • Ensuring your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to focus your team on impactful work
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a track record of empowering cross-functional teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
  • High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
  • Passion for building tools that improve users’ financial lives through engaging, meaningful conversations

  • Work at one of the fastest-growing tech startups, backed by top VC firms, Balderton & EQT Ventures

  • Flexibility. We support balance to do your best work.
  • Global distribution: we’re a globally distributed team. If you live in London, we have a hybrid option; if outside London, we encourage occasional in-person collaboration and will cover travel costs.
