We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist for a 3-month fixed-term contract to help us build and support a world-class employee experience as we scale. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, and ensuring our people systems and workflows run smoothly across our global team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle end-to-end.
  • Help manage our hiring and payroll processes, building relationships with payroll, EOR, and PEO providers to support our global infrastructure.
  • Support the wider People Operations team on projects like onboarding, People Dashboards, tooling implementation, and more, contributing to the success of People Operations initiatives.
  • Ensure our HR systems are well-integrated, fit for purpose, and our People Data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage employee documentation and support People Partners to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to facilitate scaling and deliver a consistent employee experience.

About you

  • 2-3+ years of experience in People Operations, with demonstrated impact on People Processes.
  • Experience managing payroll is desirable.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and People Systems (e.g., Hibob & Rev People).
  • Experience working across multiple geographies, with familiarity with PEO & EOR arrangements preferred.
  • Strong skills in automating manual workflows and improving processes.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably in tech.
  • Understanding of working with subsidiaries, especially in Poland, is a plus.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, with attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive data.
