About Cleo
At Cleo, we’re not just building another fintech app. We’re on a mission to fundamentally change humanity’s relationship with money. Imagine a world where everyone, regardless of background or income, has access to a hyper‑intelligent financial advisor in their pocket. That’s the future we’re creating.
About the Company
Cleo is a profitable, fast‑growing unicorn with over $300 million in ARR and growing at more than 2× year‑over‑year. We have a high bar for talent and a culture of collaboration and positive impact. We’re looking for people who thrive on complex challenges and want to shape something truly transformative.
What You’ll Be Doing
Join a cross‑functional product squad—frontend engineers, designers, UX writers, backend engineers, data analysts—to develop features that improve our users’ financial health. Work on our React Native application, building amazing experiences in Cleo’s distinct tone of voice. Write automated tests alongside your code to give us confidence to ship. Use AB‑Tests, feature flags and other tools to iterate quickly. Use data to dig into user journeys, detect problems and help optimise the Cleo experience. Participate in the rota for our weekly app releases to Apple and Google app stores. Contribute to cross‑cutting concerns that lift our entire engineering effort. Shape the work your squad does—product ideation, user research, design reviews, retrospectives, OKR reviews, and more.
Examples of recent product work include:
- Building a secured credit card from scratch to help users improve credit scores.
- Launching a budget rewind feature that helps users understand their pay‑cycle.
- Adding discount plans and tiering options to subscriptions to experiment with pricing.
Whichever squad you land in, you will ship changes multiple times a week to hundreds of thousands of active users and see your work impacting the financial health of those most in need.
