We are hiring a Product Manager to lead our Chat pillar, revamping onboarding flows, getting users into the product and helping to acquire customers at the top of the funnel. As a Lead Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross‑functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers to deliver a core AI chatbot experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the product strategy for Cleo’s Chat experiences.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists and analysts to launch key new products with a global focus.
- Define and track success metrics related to customer engagement, retention and financial well‑being.
- Prioritise high‑impact opportunities and focus your squad on what matters most.
- Translate complex data capabilities such as LLMs and ML models into intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure your squad is aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions.
