We are hiring for someone to lead teams across a few of our key product teams. You will be very familiar with systems thinking and how technical decisions can impact users directly. As a Group Product Manager, you will work closely with multiple squads of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts, and writers on building our understanding of user data.

Responsibilities:
  • Working on technical features that sit across all products at Cleo
  • Collaborating closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts to launch key new products with a global focus
  • Defining and tracking success metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and financial well-being
  • Prioritising high-impact opportunities and focusing your squad on what matters most
  • Translating complex data capabilities into intuitive user experiences
  • Ensuring your squads are aligned and involved in product direction and key decisions
  • Continuously iterating on the product based on user insights, data, and testing outcomes

  • Extensive product management experience, building highly technical products and large systems
  • Experience working with machine learning modelling, Credit Risk, or data science-driven features
  • Proficiency in systems thinking - able to work directly with developers and tech leads
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to focus your team on impactful work
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a track record of empowering cross-functional teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Creativity in approaching product challenges and rethinking how people manage their finances
  • High energy and ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
