We’re looking for a Lead Market Insights Researcher (Quantitative) to join Cleo’s product teams, working cross‑functionally to develop hyper‑personalized financial coaching.

Key Responsibilities- Leading the design and execution of market research projects using advanced quantitative techniques such as conjoint analysis, experimental design, and segmentation to uncover actionable insights on product preferences, user needs, and market opportunities.
- Conducting market sizing, pricing research, and new market opportunity assessments to support expansion strategy and go‑to‑market planning.
- Working cross‑functionally with product, design, growth, and marketing teams to frame learning objectives, develop survey instruments, and deliver insights that drive roadmap, positioning, and commercial decisions.
- Contributing to pricing strategy through user value perception studies, elasticity testing, and packaging experiments.
- Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear, structured, and influential way, translating complexity into clarity and action.
- Demonstrated experience with advanced quantitative market research methods such as choice‑based conjoint, max diff, cluster/segmentation analysis, and experimental design.
- Ability to frame business problems and translate them into clear research hypotheses.
- Comfort designing and interpreting survey‑based studies with advanced logic, sampling, and statistical reliability.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, from framing the question to delivering the insight.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders with evidence‑based recommendations.
