This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from 0 to 1. - SQL skills: you’ll be in the data often, analysing acquisition performance and shaping strategies
- Experience in a performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics role, ideally in a tech or startup environment
- Familiarity with paid advertising strategy (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google) – you don’t need to run campaigns, but you should know how they work
- A creative eye: you understand what makes good ads convert and can work well with brand/creative teams
- Proven experience in using data to influence performance and acquisition metrics (e.g. CPA, conversion rate)
- Exceptional stakeholder management – able to collaborate across product, research, marketing, and creative
- Strong communication skills – comfortable working with ambiguity, leading roadmaps, and presenting strategy
- Comfortable building process in a new, unstructured area of the team
Who We’re Looking For
- A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Someone who’s led or influenced growth for new products, and knows how to experiment, test, and optimise

- Excited by early-stage work, launching products, building frameworks, and improving performance from the ground up
- Understands that success won’t come overnight but knows how to iterate quickly to get there
- Has experience in smaller start-ups or high-growth teams with limited structure
- Bonus if you’ve worked in fintech, ad tech, or regulated industries
