What You’ll Be Doing
- Work in a cross‑functional team, collaborating with marketers, designers, data analysts and UX writers, to grow our reach and improve the financial health of our users.
- Build and ship high‑impact web experiences using React and Next.js.
- Create motion‑led, visually engaging pages—animations, interactions and storytelling that bring our brand to life.
- Own pages end‑to‑end—development, testing, optimisation and deployment, collaborating with designers, marketers and analysts to bring ideas to life.
- Take full ownership of our website—stewarding the health of the repository, including its structure, CMS integrity and security posture.
- Improve performance, SEO and build practices across our stack (Next.js, DatoCMS, Tailwind, Vercel).
- Whichever squad and part of the business you land in, you will ship changes multiple times a week to our hundreds of thousands of active users and see your work having a material impact on the financial health of those most in need.

- You're based in the UK or Europe; we hire hybrid if you’re outside London in the UK or EU we’ll encourage you to spend a few days with us a few times per year and we’ll cover your travel costs.
