- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and plan early talent hiring cycles.
- Work with the People team to support onboarding, facilitation, and development of graduate cohorts.
- Use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes, attraction strategies, and programme effectiveness.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and build diverse early talent pipelines.
- Stay close to early careers trends, university engagement strategies, and emerging graduate expectations.
- Hiring graduate cohorts of approximately 10–12 hires per intake, multiple times per year.
- Supporting early careers hiring across Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning teams.
- Building structured pipelines from top tier universities aligned to these technical disciplines.
- Partnering with hiring managers and the People team to ensure successful onboarding and cohort integration.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing graduate, internship, or early careers recruitment programmes end-to-end.
- Experience building relationships with universities, campus networks, and early careers communities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple hiring cycles and programmes throughout the year.
- A candidate-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- A proactive, creative approach to building early talent pipelines and solving hiring challenges.
- Data-driven and curious, using insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Experience working in fast-growing, tech-driven environments is ideal.
