About the role. We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar Supervisor to join our team at Cleo, a stylish all‑day dining restaurant in the heart of Belgravia, just moments from Victoria. Cleo offers a mix of brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and quality coffee, creating a vibrant and fast‑paced service environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will lead shifts, support daily operations, and ensure a smooth, consistent, and high‑quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of daily service.
- Lead and support the team during busy periods.
- Take responsibility for team performance during shifts.
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation and service standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and coffee.
- Confidently work across both bar and coffee stations.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and bar upkeep.
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support stock control and general organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, café or restaurant environment.
- Supervisory or team‑leader experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails and bar service.
- Basic to good barista skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail in service and presentation.
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, reliable and hands‑on attitude.
Working Hours
Includes evenings, weekends and mornings as required.
