Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who will focus on sales execution for our UK based healthcare software business, in collaboration with our Leadership, Customer Success and Sales colleagues. The ideal candidate will combine healthcare domain expertise with SaaS sales experience to position the company as a leading provider in the market, supporting the revenue growth aspirations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, ideally within healthcare technology or SaaS environments.
- Apply a strong understanding of sales processes, value creation, solution selling, and procurement frameworks, with a consistent ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively and confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and compelling messaging at all levels.
- Take a data‑driven approach to sales performance, leveraging CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and utilising sales methodologies and pipeline conversion metrics to inform decision‑making.
- Prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates in line with internal governance processes and approval requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Marketing, and Product teams, developing a deep understanding of CLEO Systems’ products, value propositions, and unique selling points, and confidently articulating these to key stakeholders.
- Align sales activity with defined KPIs, including revenue generation, target achievement, and pipeline growth, contributing directly to the company’s ongoing success and market leadership in healthcare software.
About You
- A proactive, collaborative mindset aligned with our values
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales
- Excellent CRM skills (Ideally HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and methodologies
- Experience within the healthcare software market (desirable)
