You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet and record detailed notes on the system quickly and accurately.
We proactively encourage and support our Health Advisors to progress through the ranks as a Non-Clinical Coach, Service Manager or Team Manager where possible. We also offer development opportunities through our nationally recognised patient service qualification programme, Aspire to Excellence.
What you’ll get:
- Fully paid accredited training
- Hourly rate of £12.75 plus enhancements, increasing after the probation period.
- Enhancements paid between 20:00 and 06:00 hours and for all hours on weekends, with further enhancements on bank holidays.
- Access to Blue Light Card and other NHS Discount Schemes.
- Advanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 1 year’s service.
- Opportunity to join the NHS Pension Scheme.

- Free 24/7 independent counselling service.
- Free membership to our reward and discount platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems while speaking with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts and supporting patients during out-of-hours periods.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and accurately.
- Previous customer service, call handling or healthcare experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping people and making a difference.
