At IC24, we're looking for an IUC Administrator to become a vital part of our Operations team, helping to coordinate and support services that deliver urgent healthcare to thousands of patients every day.

As an IUC Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operational success, providing crucial support to management teams and ensuring our urgent care services have the right people in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and maintaining clinical and non-clinical staff rosters
  • Supporting payroll processes, timesheets, and shift payments
  • Managing annual leave, absences, and rota changes
  • Ensuring compliance records and documentation are maintained accurately
  • Producing reports and supporting quality and contractual requirements
  • Building strong working relationships across multiple teams and services
  • Delivering first‑class administrative support to operational leaders

Other requirements

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references.
