As a growing health tech business (and a proud subsidiary of IC24, a leading not-for-profit social enterprise), we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s creative, collaborative, and excited to make a real impact to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role where your ideas matter, your work is visible, and your campaigns directly support business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create engaging digital and video content for our website, social media, and marketing collateral, aligned with brand and audience needs.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM for lead generation, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social, paid, and web channels.
- Support event marketing, including UK health tech conferences and industry events.
- Collaborate on website development and improve SEO performance.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), tracking ROI.
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot, producing clear monthly reports.
- Work with internal teams and external partners on joint marketing campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering digital marketing initiatives that drive leads and sales.
- Strong commercial mindset with a strategic and creative approach.
- Confidence working with CRM systems, paid media, and analytics tools.
- An eye for design and experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a curiosity for innovation in healthcare tech.

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure and two references. Remote/Hybrid (occasional travel may be required to Ashford/Kent) Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
