IC24 is seeking a part-time Board Governance Manager to lead our company secretarial and governance function in a role that partners with the Chair, CEO and Board to strengthen governance and assurance across the organisation.

You’ll drive the Governance Improvement Plan, oversee statutory compliance, and develop robust governance documentation while ensuring audit readiness and strategic risk management.

This hybrid position, based in Ashford, Kent, offers pro-rata £48,000 and NHS Pension.
