What you’ll be doing:

If you’re an experienced, customer-obsessed PMM who is ready to embrace a rapidly developing product marketing function, this role is for you. Cleo’s products have evolved and diversified quickly - and now both product and marketing teams can’t wait to embrace the value of a high-performing PMM.

This is an IC role, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. The ideal candidate is based in London and willing to spend some time in our Shoreditch office.

    • Product messaging and positioning
    • Pricing and packaging of both existing and new features
    • Influencing, synthesizing information, and driving consistency in GTM across functions (product management, product design, marketing design, commercial, user research, and more)
  • Be the voice of our customer: Deeply understand how and why current and [most importantly] new users might engage with our Savings & Habit building products, identify unarticulated needs, and collaborate with user research, analytics, and product to develop and execute inbound/understand roadmaps - inclusive of market testing, whitespace analysis, gaps analysis, and innovation opportunities
  • Support in building and implementing audience segmentation strategies relevant to the FinTech ecosystem
  • Own competitive intelligence: Identify and analyze competitive budget, savings, and habits/challenges offerings and deliver relevant updates to product and marketing teams
  • Iterate with Data: Synthesize inputs, both qualitative and quantitative, across product, growth, marketing, user research, and the wider industry
  • Communicate & Influence: Proactively update both product squads and marketing teams on product developments, roadmaps, testing (both in-app and in external marketing), messaging, positioning, and more
  • Drive product growth: Support product feature campaigns for existing product updates, working closely with CRM and performance marketing teams to deliver successfully
  • Be our product spokesperson: Be our voice in the market at partner events and on social media, as well as to influencers, press, panels, and our end-users
  • Produce content: Develop product-based content (tutorials, demonstrations, videos, “how to” guides, case studies) in partnership with our creative studio, product, and engineering teams
  • Drive impact: Measure success by tracking relevant metrics and KPIs
  • Internal and external product expert: Develop and be able to simply communicate a deep understanding of Cleo’s AI, savings, budgeting, and challenges capabilities
