This is an exciting opportunity where you will take ownership of all our Email and Notification communications from the moment a user signs up to the point they subscribe to one of our products. Additionally, you will support communications across the rest of the user journey. You will inspire us with your vision for how we can grow email and notifications as a part of our Growth Marketing strategy at Cleo. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead for Owned Channels, you will have access to established creative, data, engineering, brand, and product marketing teams to support you in driving impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise and Own Email Growth: Take full ownership of Email and Notifications, setting out strategies, identifying impact vs. effort trade-offs, and delivering measurable results.
- Love Testing! Run extensive tests, constantly trying new creative campaigns and strategies to maximise growth from each email.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to design engaging and effective email campaigns. Develop compelling copy and visuals that align with Cleoβs brand voice and resonate with our audience. Understand our users and their journey to create relevant and impactful communications.
- Reporting and Analysis: Be comfortable delivering results from your work in a data-led environment, supported by an established data team. Utilise basic SQL skills, or be willing to learn them, to access necessary data independently.
About You:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Email/CRM.
- Self-starter with a bias for action; proactive in getting things done without waiting for direction.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with creative and analytical teams to create attention-grabbing, high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable owning internal communications for your areas and ready to speak to anyone from the CEO to an intern about channel activities.
- Proficient in using data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Superb project management and organisational skills.
- Experience in B2C marketing is required.
- Experience in Fintech and App Marketing is of interest, but not required.
- Candidates must have current or prior residency in the US, with a preference for those now living in London, UK or on the US East Coast.
