This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travelling Tailor, located in Oxford. The Travelling Tailor will be responsible for conducting client consultations, performing fittings, and creating tailored garments based on individual client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to ensure their unique preferences are reflected
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working closely with our team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, tailored pieces
- Offering professional advice on fabric, style, and custom options to enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in fitting and adjustments to ensure perfect measurements and a flawless fit for all clients
- Strong communication and customer service skills to understand client needs and offer tailored guidance seamlessly
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
